CORPORATE COORDINATOR - JOTS – CORPORATE OFFICE (WILLMAR, MN)

Relocation is not eligible for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position is responsible for:

  • Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Willmar Corporate office.

  • Supervises and manages the administrative and support positions of the corporate office by assigning and monitoring administrative tasks among the office team members.

  • Manages the company donations and contributions program.

  • Effectively administer the programs dealing with leased cars, pool vehicles, and company car purchases.

  • Effectively administer activities for office space, office furniture, office service bids, office maintenance and other office services as assigned. Coordinate office workstation assignments.

  • Provide high level support to the corporate HR and Administrative team including creating and maintaining presentations (using PowerPoint), creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets (using Excel).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Self-driven, energetic, and strategic.

  • Must be able to deal with confidential information.

  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must be detail oriented and have Proven organization skills.

  • Excellent time management and able to work independently.

  • Bachelor degree or 3-5 years of office experience or equivalent experience.
