Hormel Foods Century Foods - 3rd shift/Plant 3 Pack General Laborer in Sparta, Wisconsin
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain an acceptable standard of output and quality from assigned equipment.
Tear down, setup, and operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
Verify correct product and packaging specifications for each production run.
Assist in areas when needed to keep line running efficiently.
Communicate with line personnel on a regular basis to maintain line efficiency.
Trouble shoot and discover problem areas quickly and make minor adjustments to equipment in order to maintain efficiency and quality.
Log equipment downtime and assist in line changeovers.
Observe and report any major equipment issues to supervisor.
Follow Century Foods International policies, safety rules, standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices
Comply with all Century Foods and customer operating procedures.
Must be able to work productively without direct supervision.
Maintain positive attitude and working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Shift Hours: 9:25pm - 5:30am, Sunday-Thursday with overtime scheduled as needed on Friday
Pay Rate: P1 with an additional $1.25 per hour for 3rd shift differential
Start Rate - $19.60
1 yr - $20.10
2 yr- $20.50
5yr - $20.80
10 yr - $21.10
