RESPONSIBILITIES:

The person in this position:

  • Designs and leads marketplace measurement related research across the organization.

  • Leads execution and implementation of the consumer insights agenda for internal client's business.

  • Designs, leads, and executes quantitative and qualitative custom research projects for consumer and shopper understanding to support brand marketing goals.

  • Leads cross-functional initiatives to bring the voice of the consumer into brand NPD initiatives.

  • Identifies, develops and uses expertise in appropriate custom research techniques.

  • Utilizes syndicated data and secondary trends data to support brand health and innovation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in market research or related field

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Well developed organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Well-developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.

  • Ability to take opportunities from conception to execution.

  • Advanced computer/technical skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

LOCATION: Austin, MN-Corporate Office
