RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary function of these positions is to replace end of life computers with new devices. The incumbent will execute documented configuration and life-cycle replacement processes, including the transfer of user data from the old computer to the new computer. The incumbent will interact directly with each computer user to ensure an efficient and accurate transition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Completion of at least one year of college.

  • General knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows Explorer

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must live within a commutable distance from Austin, Minnesota (Relocation/housing assistance is not provided)

Preferred

  • General knowledge of personal computers - formal education preferred
