JOB PURPOSE: This position develops, maintains and supports both purchased and internally developed application software for multiple departments and business units focusing on our R&D and QC departments.
Design, develop and installs the software development lifecycle phases to deliver high quality application solutions that meet business requirements within committed dates.
Works cross functionally to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex issues in an effective and efficient manner.
Provide full system ownership for multiple applications, provide task assignment work direction and mentor other team members. Independently completes customizations to accommodate business processes.
Coordinate and perform regression testing.
Work with outside vendors as needed for support or patching to resolve issues.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
1+ years experience in developing and supporting a purchased software package and/or custom developed software.
Proficient in database technologies.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Understanding Oracle PL/SQL database.
Proficient in VisualBasic.
Experience in technically supporting Infor Optiva software, understanding fundamental design principles.
The level of position awarded (Programmer Analyst/Computer Analyst) will be determined based on the candidate's experience & qualifications.
LOCATION: Austin, Minnesota. Remote work arrangement not available, relocation assistance is available.
